I am a graphic designer from Idaho. I like to take designs and ideas and turn them in to prints.

Born from soapy bubbles and accidentally interested in lasers, I started Scum because I wanted to use my wife's leftover frozen breastmilk to make weird smelling hand soap and sarcastic packaging.
Then I wanted to make coffee. I tried roasting coffee and it was good!
But it turns out I am not motivated enough to make a business from hand soap, or maybe not patient enough, because I never actually did it. Roasting coffee was not professional enough in my oven...and not as good as the Flying M down the street. So keep supporting the Flying M!
Instead, I invested my time in trying to figure out how to not break things with my small CNC machine and how to not set fire to plywood on a laser engraver. I'm better with design and signs that the other stuff - trust me.
Turns out I bought the wrong laser engraver for what I wanted to do...but I'm making it work because I have motivation! (Barely)
